We understand that journal content is deeply personal. Free journals are public — viewable by anyone with the link or QR code, and may also appear in search engine results. Privacy controls, which let you set a journal to private or family-only and approve who can view it, are part of the annual subscription. Whatever tier you're on, you always control guestbook entries and can remove any content at any time.

To celebrate dogs' lives, we may share content from public journals on our official social media channels, including:
Only journals set to public are eligible for social media sharing. Private journals are never shared.
Your right to removal: If you no longer wish for your journal to appear on our social media channels, you can change your privacy settings at any time from your dashboard. Once you set your journal to private, we will remove the content from our social media channels within 48 hours and send you a confirmation email once complete.
This right is provided in accordance with your rights under GDPR (see section 9 below). You may also contact us directly at privacy@ourpawfect.life to request removal.
